Poelmann Chan Group utilises a deep tool-set of both talent and technology to meet our clients’ objectives.

During design development we endeavour to provide clients with various visual representations of concepts in order that they receive a true “feel” of the ideas and overall execution. To accomplish this we use a range of tools including the following:

	Aerial 3-D "birds eye" drawing (axonometric)
	3-D renderings
	Visual executions of solutions to know challenges (i.e. acoustic)
	CAD space plan

The most advanced computer software technology is a must for our tool-set. We operate using AutoCAD, MS Windows Professional, MS Project, MS Publisher, MS Visio, Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop and 3-D Studio Max.
