PCG and SAC Capital Advisors partner again for the expansion and modifications to the existing offices in York House. Following the success of the original office project which was completed in 2007, PCG was appointed to design and project manager the fitting out of the expansion space. This latest project included modifications to the existing space and a phased programme with the key criteria being minimal disruption to office operations.

PCG worked closely with SAC's facility manager who is based outside of HK.
