PCG provide Regional Design Support Services to Morgan Stanley Facilities department, including the following:
- Collating a database of records for existing regional offices
- Standardizing records and Project Close out reports
- Preparing Design Guideline Manual for future use by Regional offices
This service contract follows on from their completion of a series of expansion & modification projects, totaling 60,000 sq.ft in the Exchange Square & Landmark offices. PCG provided full Interior Design and Project Management services on these projects, working closely with Morgan Stanley's facilities staff.
