PCG recently completed a series of projects for the Fidessa Group, a world leader in providing trading systems to financial service clients. Projects included:

• Relocation of Headquarters within The Center from partial floor premises to whole floor space of around 20,000 sq.ft, able to accommodate over 200 staff. Facilities included Front of House meeting and demo rooms; 20 rack IT room; breakout spaces and staff pantry. The design reflected the London HQs with additional feature elements which are unique to the Hong Kong offices.
• Reinstatement to existing offices.
• New Disaster Recovery facility in Lincoln House covering 2,500 sq.ft.

PCG provided Fidessa with a complete Design & Build package, plus pre-leasing works including reviewing potential premises and preparing test fits for short listed locations.
