PCG recently completed BTIG's new Hong Kong offices in Kinwick Center covering 1 floor with an area of 4,000 sq.ft . Facilities included 12 position trading area, staff breakout area and IT room with FM200 system. In the office area a raised floor was added and an open ceiling design was incorporated to maximize ceiling height and create a spacious feel. The lift lobby area was upgraded with bamboo flooring and crystal glass wall panels .

PCG provided BTIG with a complete Design & Build package, plus pre-leasing works including reviewing the premises and advising BTIG on the base building provisions, in conjunction with their RE Agents, DTZ.
