A detailed process to determine what the space will look like, its layout and the interior architectural features it will include.

Step 1: Needs Assessment

Determine with the client the needed office functionality. Through a series of interviews with senior management and key staff members, we uncover and record the way our clients work, and determine what type of space will enhance their work culture and efficiency.

Step 2: Interior Design Assessment

The "look and feel" of a client's space is developed; with the objective of creating a consistent image throughout the office and to the public.

Step 3: Space Planning

We use the Needs Assessment information and transform it into a space plan that suits the client's culture and operational needs.

Step 4: Furnishings

Once the structure of the space is designed, we work with our clients to identify the best furniture solution, whether that be sourcing new items, or refurbishing and/or reusing existing furniture. PCG's procurement policy is transparent, we add no margins and charge a flat procurement fee only. This guarantees that our clients' best interests are always represented.

Step 5: Construction Documents

PCG provides detailed interior architectural drawings that clearly describe how the space will be built; where the walls, power and IT cabling will be, what the tile and carpet patterns will look like, and how the custom cabinetry will be made. Meticulous construction drawings are a key to quality management and we take great pride in producing the very best documentation for the construction phase.
