An Authorised Person (AP) is responsible for the following:

• Supervise building works in accordance with Buildings Ordinance(s) and Building Management.
  
  
• Notify the Buildings Department of any contravention of the regulations that would result from the carrying out of any work shown in any plan approved by the Buildings Department in respect of the building works.
